Daniel Dubois has no official net worth figure. Published estimates vary wildly, from under $1m to Celebrity Net Worth's $45m (about £34m), and the biggest fight figure in circulation, a reported $71m for his 2025 Wembley rematch with Oleksandr Usyk, has never been confirmed. The firmest number on the public record is from Companies House: his main company, T.K.O. Daniel Dubois Ltd, reported net assets of £2.55m and £5.17m in the bank at 31 March 2025.

Dubois is in the news because he kept his WBO heavyweight title on Saturday 17 October 2026, stopping Fabio Wardley in the second round at London's O2 Arena. He put Wardley down 17 seconds in, and the referee waved it off with 39 seconds left in round two as Ben Davison threw in the towel, NBC News reported. He is now 24-3 with 23 knockouts.

What his fight purses are reported to be

The figures below come from press reports or a reported purse-bid split, not signed contracts. Read them as reported figures, not confirmed pay. Sterling conversions use the 19 October 2026 rate of $1 = £0.755.

For the Usyk rematch, Box-Sport reported a total purse of $203.5m, with $132.28m for Usyk and $71.22m for Dubois. Those numbers line up with what podcaster Joe Rogan said on air before the fight, but where Rogan got them from is unknown, and we have seen no confirmation from Queensberry or Dubois's team. Treat $71m as a claim. A gross purse is not take-home pay either. Tax and team costs reduce it, and his actual deductions are not public.

Both Wardley fights were Queensberry shows. For the first, NY Fights noted there was no purse bid because both men fight under the same promoter and no official pay figures were released. For the rematch, GiveMeSport reported on fight day that Dubois was in line for £2.5m and Wardley for £1.5m, from a prize pot put at about £4m. Pay-per-view shares or bonuses, if any, are not public.

"It was my time and it's my era. I had bad intentions from the beginning." — Daniel Dubois after the Wardley rematch, speaking to the Press Association.

What his company accounts show

T.K.O. Daniel Dubois Ltd was incorporated on 7 March 2017, around the time he turned professional. Companies House lists Dubois as a person with significant control holding more than 50% but less than 75% of the shares, with Stanley Dubois holding between 25% and 50%. Its business is listed as "other sports activities".

The company's latest filed accounts run to 31 March 2025. That period covers the September 2024 Joshua fight and ends before the July 2025 Usyk rematch, though the figures don't break out income from individual fights:

Balance sheet item31 March 202431 March 2025
Cash at bank£2,339,383£5,166,862
Current assets£2,352,919£6,314,465
Creditors due within a year£449,327£3,907,607
Net assets£2,091,335£2,548,641

Cash more than doubled, while creditors due within a year rose from £449,327 to £3.91m, including £3.25m of accruals and deferred income. Net assets rose by about £457,000. No profit and loss account is published, and these figures don't tell you what Dubois earned personally.

Two cautions apply. A company's net assets are not the same as a person's wealth. And the accounts don't show whether all of his fight income passed through the company. The next set, for the year to 31 March 2026 and covering the Usyk rematch, is due at Companies House by 31 December 2026.

Dubois is also a director and shareholder of Property Development Dubois Ltd, set up in December 2024 to buy, sell and let property. Its first micro-entity accounts, to 31 December 2025, show current assets of £1,111,900 against £1,132,751 owed within a year. With a further £500 of accruals, that leaves net liabilities of £21,351. Stanley Dubois is also a shareholder.

So what is Daniel Dubois worth?

The public record doesn't settle it. Celebrity Net Worth puts him at $45m and, on the same page, cites a reported £52.5m share of the Usyk rematch, a figure that is itself unverified. Other sites publish much lower estimates, some below $1m.

By March 2025 his main company held net assets of about £2.5m. He has since headlined three more big fights: the Wembley rematch in front of a crowd of around 90,000, and two Wardley bouts with reported purses of about £1.5m and £2.5m. Even a confirmed Usyk purse would not, on its own, tell you his personal net worth, so any single number you see is an estimate.
